Lom Orng began life in 1994 as the Cambodian War Amputees Rehabilitation Society (CWARS). Vocational training of the war-disabled was our original mission, and we are still Cambodia's largest provider. Our 6 training centres have graduated more than 15,000 people - most of whom now run their own small businesses.
